FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does this require WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. High-Performance Order Storage must be enabled. This is the default in WooCommerce 8.2 and later, so most stores running a current version of WooCommerce will already have it active. You can verify or enable it under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features.

How large can exports be?

There is no practical limit. The plugin uses background processing via Action Scheduler to handle exports of any size without hitting PHP time limits or server timeouts. Large exports simply run as a background job and become available for download when complete.

Can I export line item details?

Yes. The plugin offers three different modes for including product and line item data in your export. See the Line Items page for details.

What file formats are supported?

CSV, TSV, and XLSX (Excel). You can configure delimiter characters, UTF-8 BOM, and other format options. See Export Formats for more.

Can I schedule recurring exports?

Yes. You can set up daily, weekly, or monthly schedules with their own full configuration. See the Scheduling page.

Can I filter by product or category?

Yes. The filter builder lets you filter orders by specific products, product variations, categories, or tags. See Filters for the full list of available filter options.

Where are export files stored?

Export files are stored in wp-content/uploads/depregatto-exports/. Files are stored securely and downloads require a one-time token, so the files cannot be accessed by someone who simply guesses the URL.

How do I update the plugin?

You can update through the Envato Market plugin, which handles automatic update checks and one-click installs. Alternatively, download the latest zip from CodeCanyon and upload it manually via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

How do I get support?

Contact us through CodeCanyon's support system on the plugin's product page. We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day.
