Getting Started
Learn how to install and create your first export.
Requirements
Before installing, make sure your store meets these requirements:
- WooCommerce 8.2 or higher with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) enabled
- PHP 8.0 or higher
To enable HPOS, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features and enable "High-Performance Order Storage".
Installation
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Click Choose File and select the plugin zip file you downloaded.
- Click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
Once activated, the exporter appears in your WooCommerce menu.
Your First Export
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce → Depregatto Exporter.
- Click the Create tab.
- In the center panel, you will see all available columns grouped by category. Click any column name to add it to your export.
- Your selected columns appear in the right panel. Drag them up or down using the grip handle to reorder.
- When you are happy with your selection, click Create Export.
- Switch to the Export List tab to watch the progress. The export runs in the background.
- When the status shows Complete, click the download button to save your file.
