Getting Started

Learn how to install and create your first export.

Requirements

Before installing, make sure your store meets these requirements:

• WooCommerce 8.2 or higher with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) enabled
• PHP 8.0 or higher

To enable HPOS, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features and enable "High-Performance Order Storage".

Installation

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Click Choose File and select the plugin zip file you downloaded.
3. Click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.

Once activated, the exporter appears in your WooCommerce menu.

Your First Export

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce → Depregatto Exporter.
2. Click the Create tab.
3. In the center panel, you will see all available columns grouped by category. Click any column name to add it to your export.
4. Your selected columns appear in the right panel. Drag them up or down using the grip handle to reorder.
5. When you are happy with your selection, click Create Export.
6. Switch to the Export List tab to watch the progress. The export runs in the background.
7. When the status shows Complete, click the download button to save your file.
